LAIRD MINOR, GENERAL COUNCIL
Laird Minor is a retired attorney with an accomplished career spanning multiple states and sectors. After earning his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Laird co-founded Nautilus Capital, a consultancy for financial institutions. He currently serves as the Chairman and President of the South Carolina Public Interest Foundation (SCPIF), where he upholds the state’s constitution of government compliance. A veteran of the US Army, he has a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and a B.M. from the Boston Conservatory of Music. Mr. Minor has practiced law in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania and has resided in Simpsonville, SC, since 1997. Laird's valued expertise as a board member ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
